Late Arrivals
Please plan to arrive on time — there's a 15-minute grace period. After that, your appointment may need to be canceled to protect the next guest's slot.
Deposits & Refunds
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure every appointment, with the remaining balance due the day of your visit.

We accept credit cards, cash, and Zelle.
Guests
To keep the studio calm and comfortable, we're not able to accommodate additional guests during your appointment.
Refills
